Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives.
